Nancy DiDia has more than 25 years of experience in overall general management, diversity, inclusion, and engagement practices in corporate America. Her role as Executive Director & Chief Diversity Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim has been a successful journey with significant contributions to advancing the D&I strategy. She has national responsibility for diversity, inclusion, and engagement, reaching more than 12,000 employees in the U.S. Nancy also is an executive and life coach and has achieved her Professional Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation. In 2011, she was awarded The Most Powerful and Influential Woman by the Tri-State Diversity Council.
