Susan W. Stang has a doctorate in industrial psychology and more than 25 years of experience in talent assessment, employee selection, performance management, diagnostic feedback, and skill development. She specializes in measurement and the use of metrics to inform decision making, drive change, ensure accountability, and enhance individual success and organizational effectiveness. Susan is currently Vice President of the Leadership Services division of PSI Services LLC, where she is responsible for in-depth individual assessments, the development and interpretation of 360-degree and employee engagement surveys, the design and implementation of performance management systems for leadership/managerial roles, and executive coaching initiatives. Throughout her career, Susan has worked with executives and senior managers as well as their executive and governing boards across multiple organizations and industries (including retail, financial, manufacturing, and non-profit) to support performance excellence, ease transitions, leverage potential, align priorities, and clarify expectations.
