Becky has been helping adult learners acquire knowledge about technology for many years, initially providing guidance to family, friends, and co-workers. Told that she had a talent for “translating complex concepts into non-technical terms,” she began providing custom technology training to schools and businesses. After earning a graduate degree in Instructional Design, Becky spent several years as the Emerging Technologies Specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital’s Center for Communication Enhancement. Technology training has evolved, and Becky is now providing her expertise via e-learning. In addition to her contract work, she spends a lot of time in the Articulate e-learning community, where she has been recognized as a Super Hero.
