Suzanne joined Ingersoll Rand University in March 2005. She led Ingersoll Rand in the creation and implementation of a global, strategic enterprise education structure that provided the skills and knowledge to develop Ingersoll Rand’s global leadership, sales and marketing bench strength, and core business competencies. Currently, Suzanne is responsible for the "Center of Excellence for Learning" for Ingersoll Rand’s global learning community and leveraging the company’s global learning investment.
Suzanne brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate education. Her experience spans global manufacturing and telecommunications organizations, including Tellabs Operations Inc., Bandag Incorporated and ALCOA. In these roles she helped drive individual and organizational performance through a variety of organizational development and training leadership roles.
Suzanne holds a Bachelors degree from Clarion State University as well as a Masters in Education and a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Penn State University.
