Jo Cassell is a learning facilitator at Darden Restaurants, training restaurant managers, general managers, and managing partners to be successful leaders. She earned her bachelor of science degree from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen School and is currently pursuing a master of human resources from the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School.
