Wei Wang is the Director of International Relations for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. She supports workplace learning and development professionals around the world to share regional best practices, global benchmarking and manages ASTD International Partners from more than 20 countries.
Utilizing her knowledge and extensive international experience, she has been a passionate speaker and trainer at international conferences and workshops in China, Korea, Kuwait, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, and the U.S., and has published articles in numerous industry journals and magazines.
Wei holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master’s in Management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). Ms. Wang speaks Mandarin and English.
