Rodrigo F. Lara has more than 20 years of experience in the training industry and is a Latin-American expert in ROI and measurement and evaluation. He is CEO of MAS Consultores and the ROI Institute in Latin America. Lara also has been a professor at several universities in Chile and has presented in multiple conferences throughout Latin America and the United States. He was named 2007 Practitioner of the Year by the ROI Institute and received an ASTD award in 2008 for his work in measurement and evaluation.
