Cathy A Stawarski
Dr. Cathy Stawarski, Program Manager of Strategic Performance Improvement and Evaluation at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), has over 25 years of experience working in the area of performance improvement with a variety of audiences Her current work is focused on training development and evaluation (including instructor-led, e-learning, and mobile learning). Dr. Stawarski has directed several projects designed to develop detailed evaluation strategies to evaluate training and development programs using Donald Kirkparick's Four Levels and the Phillips ROI Methodology. She is currently involved in an effort to develop a more dynamic model that leverages the strengths of the existing models Dr. Stawarski has made numerous conference presentations focused on training evaluation. She is a certified practitioner in the Phillips ROI Methodology and co-author of Evaluating mLearning (2010) and Data Collection: Planning and Collecting All Types of Data (2008).
