Session Material Guidelines

Concurrent Session Speakers

Deadline: Friday, March 15, 2013 (no extensions given)

Please read this entire page and follow the instsructions carefully to ensure your materials are fully available to attendees.

All ASTD conference concurrent session  materials are electronic only. Session Materials for concurrent sessions at ASTD 2013 consist of the following:

  1. PowerPoint presentation available as part of the mobile app (the same presentation that you will use in your session). NEW! Even if you don’t plan to have a slide presentation, you must submit either one slide or one PDF document with your session number, title, and contact information and state that there are no slides for your session. This change is in response to attendee feedback for more comprehensive session information.
  2. PDF of PowerPoint slides for attendees to download from a website
  3. PDF of supplemental session materials for attendees to download from a website (optional).

As always, ASTD sessions are non-commercial and your slides should reflect that policy. Slides containing self-promotional materials will be returned for correction.

Prepare your files as instructed below, then upload them to the conference website.
