Wei Wang
Director of International Relations

Wei Wang is the Director of International Relations, for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. In this capacity, she manages ASTD International Partners from more than 20 countries, develops and supports member convening and networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global learning and development community.Wei’s other role at ASTD is Manager for the ASTD Global HRD Community of Practice. In this role, she supports professionals around the world to share regional best practices, conducts global benchmarking, and discusses cross-cultural and global talent development issues.
Wei holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master in Management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). Ms. Wang speaks Mandarin and English.

Mindy Yeh

Mindy Yeh is the Managing Director Greater China and a principal consultant in DDI. She has severed DDI for over 12 years and took the role as General Manager in DDI Taiwan since 2007. Mindy has abundant experience in Talent Management and manages large engagements that involve executives in corporations. She has served clients extensively across various industries in Mainland China and Taiwan, and got solid insights and experience in Greater China.
She has consulted extensively with industries including financial holdings, high-technology, service, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, insurance, and fashion. She has published many articles and reports on topics such as leadership development and selection, and has spoken at several industry conferences.

Mr. Young Ma joined Tencent in 2007 as the head of Tencent Academy, in charge of learning and development activities for all employees, which include establishing learning roadmaps for all managers and employees, designing and executing development programs for high-potential talents, setting up and operating online learning system(Q-learning) etc. Mr. Young Ma also took a role as Human Resource Director of Tencent Online Media Group from 2012.
Before joining Tencent, Mr. Young Ma worked as Deputy Dean of HP Business School, mainly responsible for daily operation and management. During this period, he designed and executed talent development programs for many famous native companies. HP Business School was rewarded as Best Corporate University in 2005.
Mr. Young Ma shared his experience and practice several times in different training and development related forums.
Meng Wang

Archie Arthurs

Archie Arthurs has more than 7 years of experience in second language learning in China. He has been a key contributor to shaping the company’s award-winning corporate university by leading the design and development of key learning programs in the university’s Professional Skills College and Management & Leadership College. He has also utilized his ESL expertise to build the company’s English program from the ground up, which supports the business English learning needs of more than 1,200 employees. In 2012, the company’s Business Writing program was submitted to ASTD’s Excellence in Practice Awards and earned a Citation.
Helen Feng

Helen Feng started her career as an L&D professional in 2009. As a fast learner, she developed her skills quickly in the English team as a facilitator. In 2011, she expanded skills beyond facilitation and led a team in the redesign of the company’s English program, utilizing instructional design best practices to identify key learning needs, design and develop an effective solution, and validate the success of the program. The redesign was submitted to the ASTD’s Excellence in Practice Awards and received a Citation in 2012.

Dr. Kirk Fleming serves as the Director of Learning & Development at ReSource Pro LLC, a fast-growing insurance BPO company headquartered in New York. Since relocating to China in 2010, he has helped Resource Pro build a comprehensive Learning & Development university covering 3 colleges, onboarding activities, and a consulting function. He helped to mentor a group of talented individuals into a team of world-class L&D professionals and led the team to win ASTD Workplace Learning Citations in both 2011 & 2012. The L&D department serves the company of 1400 employees, and has previously been recognized as a Top 100 Human resources department in China and the Best in Class recognition specifically for L&D function (51jobs.com), and has been recently recognized as “The Most Innovative Enterprise of Talent Development in China during 2012” by China’s Training Magazine.

Charles Ho

Charles is currently responsible for managing the Work Improvement Team (WIT) Initiative and Staff Wellness Programme, and leading the T&D curriculum development for many divisions. Prior to joining MTR, Charles held management positions in T&D in both corporate and HR consultancy companies in Hong Kong and China.
Charles graduated from the University of Hong Kong with an engineering degree, acquired his MBA in Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and obtained the “7 habits” certified facilitator qualification. He was also awarded the British Chevening Scholarship and completed Business Leadership programs in London Business School and Cambridge University in UK. He was awarded the “Distinguished Trainer” by Hong Kong Management Association and “Top 5 Emerging Training Leader” by Training Magazine in US.

Lawrence Lee

Lawrence Lee, a Singaporean, is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 20 years employment in the hospitality industry and has extensive experience in human resource development and management at both strategic and global level. He joined Hilton Worldwide as their Head of Learning and Development – Asia Pacific and was then appointed as Vice President, Human Resources – Greater China & Mongolia.
His previous work experience includes being the Human Resources Group Director for Swissotel Hotels & Resorts, Vice President of Human Resources for Carlson Hotels Worldwide – Asia Pacific and Senior Vice President Human Resources for Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company.
