This annual conference is exclusively for ASTD chapter leaders! Current and upcoming board members are invited to attend ALC to network with fellow chapter leaders and share best practices for running an ASTD chapter. Over 300 chapter leaders from across the country attend this annual conference.
ALC keynote speakers are subject matter experts in leadership and are determined by a selection committee in January each year. Most sessions are peer-led by ASTD members currently serving on a leadership board of an ASTD chapter. While preference is given to proposals submitted by former or current chapter leaders, the selection committee does consider submissions by non-chapter leaders who may bring value to the conference by conducting a session tied directly to chapter leadership. To be considered for a session, look for the Request for Proposals announcement in April. Sponsorship opportunities are available and vary from year to year.
