Amit Aggarwal is a Senior Vice President and Global Leader- Training & Development at Genpact.  Amit and his team are focused on four key priorities:
  • Robust operations training for associates to ensure high quality service delivery to clients
  • Talent and Leadership Development 
  • Strengthening Genpact’s positioning as an employer of choice 
  • Supporting the building of expertise in Genpact 
Amit’s leadership responsibilities at Genpact also include overseeing the Company’s CSR and Diversity initiatives. Amit is based in India and has been with Genpact for over 13 years,  primarily in the areas of Business Process Improvement and Human Resources.

Amit started his career with Accenture in their Management Consulting Practice. He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and has a Bachelors Degree from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. 


Rachita Sahgal
Regional Learning Leader
GE Crotonville - India



In her current role, Rachita leads learning and leadership development for GE in India given the organization’s mandate in this growing region. Her focus is to ensure that learning and leadership development efforts are aligned within India to support GE’s growth efforts here.

In her previous role as the Crotonville Leader - Asia Pacific Rachita led a team of regional learning leaders to help achieve Crotonville’s mission - to develop emerging leaders, introduce cultural change and drive key corporate initiatives within the GE businesses in the Asia Pacific region. She also worked closely with the country executives to support customer education programs and the sharing of GE’s best practices with GE’s strategic partners in the Asia Pacific region.

Rachita joined GE in 2000 with GE Capital and was instrumental in setting up the eLearning division to develop learning solutions for GE businesses globally. Rachita is an active leader in the GE Women’s network in Asia, promoting the growth and development of female talent. Prior to joining GE, she worked for eleven years with NIIT Ltd (an international organization in the IT and IT education industry) in various learning and development roles.

Rachita brings with her strong expertise in learning and development, operations and business development. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and Education, and a Diploma in Montessori.
She is an Indian and is currently based in Gurgaon, India.
