Frontline Leadership
Frontline Leaders are responsible for leading, developing, and coaching the performance of the individual contributors who deliver or implement an organization’s products and services. Many of these frontline leaders, transitioned from individual contributor into their leadership role.  As such, Frontline leadership (FLL) is unique because of the personal transformation required to mentally change a mindset from doing the actual work to leading the team of workers. Additionally FLL is the entry point into the leadership pipeline and therefore critical to every other leadership role.
