Forum Labs & Summits
The ASTD Forum holds two formal meetings annually: the
Spring Lab and Fall Summit. Member organizations receive two complimentary registrations to each of the meetings. An additional complimentary registration is available for the CLO of a member organization to attend the Fall Summit. Meetings are hosted by member organizations at either their facilities or at a meeting facility.
The agendas for these meetings feature:
• Sharing "hot topics" and "future directions" from each member organization
• Presentations from invited experts on topics of specific interest to Forum members
• Small group discussions facilitated by member companies on areas of interest or expertise
• Excellence in Practice presentations
• Informal networking opportunities with colleagues
• Host site tours
Networking
Not only are Forum members able to network at the Spring Lab and Fall Summit, but there are plenty of ongoing opportunities available. The Forum has a “members-only” website where contact information for all Forum company primary representatives is available. Forum members are encouraged to reach out and network with other Forum members. The Forum has a LinkedIn discussion group, providing another arena where members can connect, collaborate, and learn.
Additionally, monthly virtual community meetings are held for primary representatives to network and connect with other primary representatives in the Forum.
vSessions
The ASTD Forum offers web conferences throughout the year on a variety of topics of interest to members, typically at least 20 per year. These web conferences are recorded and made available to Forum members on the Forum's "members-only" website. Examples of recent session topics include:

Complimentary Registrations to ASTD’s Annual Conferences
Members of the ASTD Forum receive two complimentary full conference registrations to ASTD’s annual International Conference & EXPO and/or TechKnowledge to enhance the professional development of their learning professionals and to continue the networking opportunities provided at Forum events. In addition, the Forum will provide special, exclusive events, activities, and benefits for Forum members at the ASTD International Conference & EXPO.

Annual Comparative Data Report & State of the Industry Report
ASTD Forum members have access to the highest level of the WLP Scorecard, which is an online real-time benchmarking and decision support tool. Annual survey data is compiled and analyzed across the entire Forum, as well as along industry, sector, regional, and entity lines. Members receive comprehensive data analysis reports and can attend a vSession, with member-specific results that support detailed benchmarking efforts.
Forum members also receive a copy of the State of the Industry Report, which is ASTD's annual review of trends in workplace learning and performance. The report includes data from ASTD BEST Awards Winners, ASTD Forum members, and other organizations from 2002 to date.
National ASTD Memberships
Forum members receive two national ASTD memberships; enabling access to all national ASTD membership benefits, and full engagement in the ASTD community.
OnDemand Polls
Forum members have monthly opportunities to gather information and data from other Forum member organizations and colleagues. ASTD gathers the information and data and makes it available to all Forum members. Members also have access to an archive of all previous polls. Large survey requests can also be handled for an additional charge, depending upon the scope of the project.
Discounts
ASTD Forum members are entitled to a 10% discount on all ASTD Store purchases, and receive a 10% discount on Job Bank postings.
Membership Add-ons
Forum members have the option to include add-ons to their membership package. These add-ons include discounted group membership rates, access to the Forum content portal, and the opportunity to license additional ASTD content for use in your organization’s internal learning community.
