Program Overview

Program Overview

Experience is the best teacher. Unfortunately, organizations have neither the time nor the budget to allow their people to learn through the school of hard knocks.

Computer-based experience design and simulations offer a valuable solution. This approach provides organizations with an opportunity to capture the experience their employees need in a cost-effective and time-saving format, while also giving employees the opportunity to gain experience in a safe environment without the bruising.

This interactive workshop introduces you to a simple framework for simulations, which combine one’s work experience and expertise with the power of storytelling. Simulation isn’t a science; it’s just a way of organizing your content. This workshop will help you organize content to train others.

By the end of this workshop, you will have written a simulation narrative for your audience that enables them to identify key decision points and learn through simulated experiences.
