Program Overview

Designed for ASTD by industry expert Elaine Biech of ebb associates, the Change Management Certificate Program contains application exercises, case studies, templates, and interactive program modules. You will learn a comprehensive, six-step change model that can be applied to their current situation.

By the end of the program, you will be able to:

The ASTD 2004 Competency Study: Mapping the Future identified facilitating organizational change as a critical area of expertise for the workplace learning and performance professional. The content of this program is based on the ASTD Competency Model.

ASTD Certificate Programs are learning events and a certificate is awarded to participants upon successful completion of the program. No test is given and participants are not certified. Certification is a testing event that confirms that skills, knowledge, or competencies have been acquired. Learning Objectives

After the workshop, you will be able to:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and other forms of data gathering to define the change efforts needed.

Attendance Policy

Face-to-Face Courses

Participation in all originally scheduled days of the program is mandatory in order to receive the certificate of completion and 1.4 CEUs. Participants who miss more than two hours of the entire program will not be eligible to receive the certificate. Participants who fulfill the attendance requirement will receive a certificate at the end of the program.

Online Courses

Participation in all 6 online sessions at their originally scheduled day and time is mandatory in order to receive a completion certificate and 1.4 CEUs. All sessions will be recorded and available for participants to review throughout the course of the program. If you meet the eligibility requirements ASTD will mail you the completion certificate within two weeks of the last session.
