You've decided to pursue the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance but you're not sure where to start and what to study. The ASTD Certification Institute offers the CPLP certification program, CPLP exams, and the assessment process and National ASTD provides the necessary preparation materials and programs to help you succeed.
There are no required study materials to prepare for the CPLP, but ASTD has created the following programs to help you prepare.
NEW COURSES:
Based on changes to the ASTD Competency Model, the CPLP exam, ASTD Learning System, and CPLP Prep workshops have been revised to conform to the updated content in the new model. The first offering of the new exam will be in March 2014. The ASTD Learning System (available 11/13) and the newly revised Preparing for the CPLP workshops will support the new content from the ASTD 2013 Competency Model.
