Action learning is a powerful management tool that can transform the way you and your organization use learning to solve problems and develop employees. This process helps participants understand how their own actions and experiences can improve their performance and demonstrates why action learning is effective in solving problems, building teams, developing leaders, and creating learning organizations.

Discover how to deliver successful action learning programs, explore the steps and processes of action learning, and practice coaching action learning groups. Learners will participate in four demo sessions throughout the program. ATD offers the Action Learning Certificate program in partnership with the World Institute for Action Learning. This workshop may be used as the foundation course for the WIAL Action Learning Certification.

Attendance Policy

Participation in all originally scheduled days of the program is mandatory in order to receive the certificate of completion and 1.4 CEUs. Participants who miss more than two hours of the entire program will not be eligible to receive the certificate. Participants who fulfill the attendance requirement will receive a certificate at the end of the program.
