As an attorney and former prosecutor, the ASTD Presentation Skills Certificate Program refined my speaking skills by giving me tools to create better visual imagery to convey messages more effectively in impromptu situations. In addition, I received tips on speaking more persuasively and informatively that I can use in meetings, negotiations, and courtroom settings.
