I learned a tremendous amount of helpful information from the instructor during the three-day Measuring and Evaluating Learning Certificate Program. I have already begun to use some of the tools and forms from the class, and a few of them I've shared with the management team who have benefited from using them in their areas as well. This year, I will be attending more certificate classes offered by ASTD as I know first-hand how much of a worthwhile investment it is and I am truly excited!
Megan Mills
Manager of Training, Food, Nutrition & Retail
Summa Health System

This training program lived up to my expectations—providing specific techniques and examples. It was valuable to learn from an expert evaluator, who helped us as class members consider how to better implement industry best practices for learning evaluation as a Marine Corps. Such discussions provided a valuable forum to address training challenges with my peers. Ultimately, therefore, I found this training significant and hope to apply it to measure deeper levels of learning for the Marine Corps Institute's courses.
ASTD Past Participant

The Measuring and Evaluating Training program is an outstanding course for anyone involved in developing training programs or attempting to measure the impact learning/training has on an organization. This course is a must for the training and education community. It takes the individuals knowledge beyond the traditional view of designing and developing, to understanding how training/learning programs impact their organization.
