Participating in the ASTD Coaching Certificate Program was an invaluable experience that will benefit me tremendously in my professional career. The facilitator demonstrated his vast knowledge from more than 20 years as a coach by providing guidance through real-world examples of situations that we may encounter, along with the necessary coaching skills. In addition, the program was structured to help ensure that we understood how to apply the principles we learned in actual circumstances.

The ASTD class provided a good combination of theory and experiential learning to reinforce the key concepts in delivering effective adult learning. The instructor was knowledgeable and skilled at engaging the class in learning, practicing, and mastering key concepts.
ASTD Past Participant

I had heard many positive comments about ASTD training programs before I attended this program. I have to say, it was even better than they led me to believe. Not only was I equipped with tons of valuable information and resources, but I was also energized and empowered to become a more effective trainer/presenter.

This program will help anyone in a sales leadership role to better develop the sales representatives. I went into the program knowing about coaching and I realized that coaching styles are not necessarily about the coach but about the style of the person being coached. One of the key learning points I gained is the "anchor points of sales coaching" which will help me better focus on bringing the best out of people's abilities.
ASTD Past Participant

The facilitator of this training was the best I have ever witnessed. I took away so many concepts and techniques that I have applied in my weekly presentations. Top-notch training; I am so glad I attended!
