This program is based on the ASTD Learning System covering the profession's nine areas of expertise: (1) designing learning, (2) delivering training, (3) improving human performance, (4) measuring and evaluating learning, (5) facilitating organizational change, (6) coaching, (7) career planning and talent management, (8) managing the learning function, and (9) managing organizational knowledge. CPLP® on Campus is primarily designed to prepare an individual for the CPLP certification. However, CPLP® credentialed individuals seeking recertification credits might find the content enriching as well.
