  • Andrew Jefferson

    Andy Jefferson, JD, is President and Chief Executive Officer for The 6Ds Company.  He is co-author of The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning and Getting Your Money’s Worth from Training and Development.

    Andy is a frequent and popular global presenter who excels in helping companies maximize the value they realize from their investments in learning and development. He is an accomplished executive with deep line-management expertise as well as experience in strategic planning, sales and marketing, productivity, and technology development.

    Andy views learning as a critical source of competitive advantage in an increasingly knowledge-based economy. He knows the challenges of running a company and making every investment count. Prior to joining The 6Ds Company, Andy served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Fort Hill Company, CEO of Vital Home Services, and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of AmeriStar Technologies, Inc.

    Andy is a graduate of the University of Delaware and graduated Phi Kappa Phi with honors from the Widener University School of Law, where he served on the school’s Board of Overseers.

    Anita Bhasin has been both a marketing business leader and OD consultant. She brings over two decades of international, organizational, and high tech experience to her work, with clients ranging from The Nature Conservancy to Microsoft. Her passion is helping clients forge new ground through collaboration by optimizing the capability of people and organizations.

    Anita has both held positions and delivered workshops in the US, Europe, India, China, Singapore, and Peru. She’s served as an executive coach, contributed to the development of global talent management programs, as well as the design and facilitation of personal development workshops for early-career employees, managers, and high potential leaders. These experiences have deepened her skills in trans-cultural communication, facilitation, and learning design.

    Anita holds degrees in Organization Development, Business Administration, and Marketing, and serves as a Certified Action Learning Coach. Most recently, Anita was certified as an Identity Mapping Practitioner. She’s also certified to deliver a variety of assessment instruments, and development programs.

  • Bahaa Hussein

    Bahaa Hussein began his career 28 years ago with Procter & Gamble Egypt (P&G), as a van salesman; or as he puts it, “riding a van, roaming the streets of Cairo selling soap.”  He managed to work his way up to became a key manager for P&G in the Arabian Peninsula, heading the sales operation in Saudi Arabia. Since 1988, he has been qualified to facilitate many of the P&G training programs across CEEMEA and Europe.

    In 2008, discovering his real passion and interest to genuinely and positively impact peoples’ lives through improved human performance; Bahaa shifted his career to Learning & Development. In 2010 he successfully earned ATD’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) becoming one of the 1,300 certified learning & development professionals worldwide, and the first Egyptian to obtain this esteemed certification. 

    Currently, Bahaa is the Head of Learning and Development at Abudawood Group responsible for the development and delivery of all training programs across six regions.  Additionally, he is the General Manager for Abudawood Irag. Bahaa continues to bring the same passion he had when he first started as a van salesman back, to delivering impactful training programs that create future leaders & professional performers in his organization as well across the whole MENA region business environment.
