Learn how UPS completed a four-year project to revamp leadership development programs for its 37,000 person management team. Using a totally new approach, UPS implemented learning opportunities that use multiple types of technology. These approaches allow its leaders to have continuous and ongoing development. This has allowed UPS to reduce its overall leadership development costs while increasing the number of learning completions by 10 times and still providing in-person classroom opportunities.
