Social Technology in Sales Learning

The social learning revolution is maturing as corporations enhance their learning program designs with social and informal learning capabilities. In this presentation I will touch upon the current learning landscape, the evolution from formal to informal and explain the value of social and informal learning to the business. I will conclude by sharing some examples of social learning capabilities used within IBM.
