Change of Address?

ASTD maintains a primary shipping address for each of its members and customers. If you are a member of ASTD who receives a monthly T+D Magazine, or you subscribe to another ASTD periodical, it is recommended that you update your shipping address associated with your customer profile as close to your moving date as possible in order to continue to receive your subscription materials. The shipping address you select will also be your default shipping address for future product orders.

Please follow these steps to update your shipping address:

  1. Visit our website at www.astd.org.
  2. Sign in with your Username and Password.*
  3. Select My Profile (upper left hand portion of the ASTD home page).
  4. Select “My Account” dropdown menu, select “Addresses” 
  5. Review your current address profile to review designated addresses for your ship-to address, bill-to address and directory address.
  6. If you have an active membership or subscription and wish to change the shipping address for your subscription (includes T+D, Infoline or Book Club), you must edit your current shipping address to ensure continued delivery.  Adding a new address and designating it as a ship-to address will only impact future product orders and will not change the address for current subscriptions.
  7. You must choose “Edit” to edit your current address and update address preferences as a Bill Address, Ship Address, or Directory address. 
  8. Members may choose to mark the address as Confidential to remove their address from the Member Directory.  
  9. If you wish to retain your current address and want to add an additional address, select “Add a new Address”. You may designate a new address for your ship-to address, bill-to address or directory address to be associated with your account. Remember, this will only affect new orders.

Adding a new address and designating it as a ship-to address will only impact future product orders and will not change the address for current subscriptions. Addresses may not be deleted due to our system but as long as shipping, billing, or directory use is not checked off for the address, the address will not be used.
