The Global Leadership Forecast, presented by ASTD, DDI, and The Conference Board is now in its 15th year, has become one of the largest benchmarking studies in the world. The survey will be open for the next two months—and you have two ways you can participate.
- Fill out an HR survey for access to our global study
- Fill out an HR survey and invite your leaders participate to receive a company benchmarking report along with the global study
Benefits of Participating. You will receive:
- A copy of the final global report, revealing top trends in leadership development as well as a look at leaders’ readiness for the current business landscape
- An invitation to attend in-person and virtual briefings to share your experiences and network with participating organizations
- A company benchmark report with your results compared to global and industry norms (with 1 HR plus 30 leader responses)
What you can do now:

Take the HR survey by November 1 (approximately 20 minutes). |
| Step 2: |
Identify 50-60 leaders to participate and let them know the survey is coming and the importance of their participation for your organization’s future leadership programs. |

Watch your email for instructions and the survey link to invite your leaders to participate (within a week of your survey completion). |
