As the new Human Capital Community of Practice Manager, I have the distinct honor and privilege to be the eyes and ears for our community. My role is to facilitate engagement and provide resources and tools that will benefit you in your work as a training professional focused on human capital. My goal is to make this community your go-to resource for insight, ideas, and best practices from our field’s most prominent thought leaders and high-performing organizations in areas such as managing the learning function, improving human performance, and facilitating organizational change.
