The CPLP program is a global program. Only the ASTD Certification Institute can deliver CPLP exams and award the credential.

International testing is conducted exactly the same way as it is in the U.S. and Canada for the most part.
What's the same?
All terms in the CPLP Candidate Bulletin apply. This includes testing dates, exam pricing, exam content, program deadlines, eligibility, and certification award criteria.
What's different?
There are a limited number of international testing locations (i.e., locations outside the U.S. and Canada that administer the CPLP multiple choice exam).
A list of international testing center locations is listed here. Contact Diane Daly at DDaly@astd.org for a list of these locations before applying to the program.
After enrolling, international candidates who want to take the multiple choice exam at an international location (i.e, a location outside U.S. or Canada) must email a scheduler. Online scheduling is not available.
