The Public Policy Council is a consortium of senior executives representing organizations and educational institutions who assist ASTD in developing and advocating for public policies that support building a highly-skilled workforce. ASTD's public policy agenda is focused on training tax credits, lifelong learning, e-learning, strategic human capital management, and public-private partnerships.
