THE FIRST PAGE OF YOUR HANDOUT

Please include the following on the first page of you handout:

1. session title AND number (e.g., SU201, TU112)
2. speaker name(s) AND contact info
3. 1-3 application-focused learning objectives for your session.

You may include additional information, such as your title, organization, address, clip art, your company logo, professional website, etc. Your handout may be in portrait or landscape layout. You do not need to strictly adhere to the template layouts below, but the first page must contain all the required information in a legible font and layout.

We need to be able to readily identify each handout, so ensure that the session title and number appear prominently on the first page, as well as speaker names and contact info (an email or website address is sufficient).

In your proposal submission, you were asked for application-focused objectives that are supported by your session content and delivery. These objectives will clearly show how a participant will be able to apply your session content to their job. Be sure to use the edited objectives in your handout.

Remember to test print and reproduce your handout to ensure that both printed and reproduced documents are legible.

Handouts that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to you for revisions.
