ASTD BEST Awards

The 2006 ASTD BEST Awards were presented October 4, 2006, at a ceremony at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C. Thirty-nine organizations from India, South Africa, and the United States received BEST Awards.
