As the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and development ASTD seeks to recognize and share the best practices of individuals and organizations that achieve real business impact through learning. ASTD awards recognize individuals for their impact on the workplace learning and performance profession and for contributions to ASTD. The awards also provide organizations with an opportunity to showcase best practices and results achieved through learning and performance.

The Advancing ASTD Awards recognize individuals and teams for their contributions to the goals and vision of ASTD.

The Advancing Workplace Learning and Performance Awards honor individuals for their thought leadership in and advocacy for the profession.

The CPLP Employer Award. This high honor recognizes employers and the business community for their support of the CPLP credential.

The CPLP Fellow Program. This high honor recognizes thought leaders for their support of the CPLP credential and the learning and development profession.

The ASTD BEST Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success as a result of employee learning and development.
